We’re thrilled to see so many of you joining the Waverider family! If you haven’t had the chance to invite your clients yet, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. This blog post is your handy guide to seamlessly adding your clients to Waverider and unlocking all the fantastic benefits that come with it. Let’s dive in!
Step 1: Sign in to Your Waverider Account
First things first, sign in to your Waverider account. If you haven’t created an account yet, it’s quick and easy – just click on “Get Started” on our homepage.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Clients’ Section
Once you’re logged in, navigate to the ‘Clients’ section in your dashboard. This is where you’ll be able to add and manage your clients.
Step 3: Invite Your Clients
Click on the ‘Invite Client’ button and enter your client’s email address. They’ll receive an invitation to create a free Waverider account.
Step 4: Create Custom Diary Cards
Now comes the fun part! Use our digital diary card builder to create custom diary cards for each client. You can personalize these trackers to suit each client’s needs.
Step 5: Share Diary Cards with Your Clients
Once you’ve created a diary card, you can share it digitally with your client. They’ll be able to view the diary card you designed for them and start tracking behaviors, symptoms, emotions, and skills.
Step 6: Monitor Your Clients’ Progress
With your clients now on board, you can monitor their weekly progress directly from your dashboard. You’ll also be notified whenever your clients update their diary cards.
